1. Promoter
This promotion is conducted by Suede Clinic and Suede Medical (collectively referred to as “Suede”), operating in Australia.
2. Eligibility
– Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
– Participants must be legally able to undertake telehealth consultations within Australia.
– Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Suede are not eligible to enter.
3. Promotion Period
The promotion commences on the date published on Instagram and closes at 11:59pm AEST on the specified closing date. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
To enter the promotion, participants must:
– Like the promotional post
– Follow @suedeclinic and @suedemedical
– Tag at least one (1) other person in the comments
Bonus entry:
– Share the post to their Instagram story
Each valid action constitutes an entry. Suede reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
5. Prize Details
Four (4) winners will each receive a “Signature Pathway” package for themselves and one (1) nominated friend.
Each package includes:
– A comprehensive pathology panel
– A one-on-one telehealth consultation with a qualified doctor
– Personalised health insights and recommendations
The total prize value is approximately AUD $1,390 per winner.
The prize:
– Is not transferable or exchangeable
– Is not redeemable for cash
– Must be used within a reasonable timeframe as determined by Suede
6. Medical Disclaimer
– The prize involves medical and health-related services.
– All consultations, assessments, and recommendations are provided by qualified medical practitioners.
– Participation does not guarantee eligibility for any treatment, prescription, or therapy (including peptide or hormone-based treatments).
– Any treatment will only be prescribed where clinically appropriate and in accordance with Australian medical regulations.
– Individual results will vary and no specific health outcomes are guaranteed.
7. Suitability & Screening
– Winners may be required to complete a health screening questionnaire and/or provide relevant medical history.
– Suede reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a participant is clinically suitable for any part of the prize.
– If a participant is deemed unsuitable for certain services, Suede may offer an alternative service or partial fulfilment of the prize.
– No compensation will be provided for components deemed unsuitable.
8. Additional Costs & Exclusions
– The prize does not include additional treatments, medications, supplements, or ongoing care unless explicitly stated.
– Any additional services recommended by a practitioner are at the participant’s own cost.
– Travel or in-person attendance costs (if applicable) are not included.
9. Winner Selection & Notification
– Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
– Winners will be notified via Instagram and/or direct message.
– Winners must respond within 72 hours of notification to claim their prize.
– If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, Suede reserves the right to redraw the prize.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
– Suede is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered as a result of participating in the promotion or using the prize.
– Participants acknowledge that all medical services carry inherent risks and agree to accept those risks.
– Participants release and hold harmless Suede, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliated entities from any claims arising out of or in connection with the promotion.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
11. Privacy
– Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this promotion and contacting winners.
– Any medical or health information will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy and health records legislation.
– By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their information for these purposes.
12. Social Media Disclaimer
– This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.
– Participants release Instagram and Meta from any responsibility in connection with this promotion.
13. General Conditions
– Suede reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if circumstances arise outside its control.
– Suede may disqualify any entrant who engages in conduct that is unlawful, misleading, or intended to manipulate the promotion.
– These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
